In 2003, Mark and Stacey prepared this portfolio for prospective birth mothers considering the Griffith family for adoption.
Miles was born November 8, 2003 and came home that same day.

Our Family
We are the Griffith family — Mark, Stacey, Kiah and Sofia. Mark and I have been married for 14 years. Kiah is 11 years old and Sofia is 4. We feel so blessed to have these wonderful girls in our lives. We hope that by looking at our pictures and reading about our family that you can have a little insight into who we are.
Mark and I put being parents at the top of our priority list. We feel we have much to give and would love to share our home, our lives and our family with another child.
The Kids & Us
We value our time with the girls. We enjoy being with them and learning about them — they teach us how to be better parents and better people. We love watching them grow. We learn every day that it's not children who learn from their parents or peers, it's the other way around. In our hearts we long to share our love and add to our family. We know this is the desire of Kiah and Sofia as well. They talk all the time about having a brother or sister.
Sofi says this about Kiah:
- I like when she plays with me
- Sometimes she helps me clean my room and I like it
- I like when she plays with me outside
- She is silly
- She likes to dance and sing
Kiah says this about Sofia:
- She is very funny
- She loves to play chasing games with me
- She is a very sweet girl who looks up to her big sister

A Note to the Birth Mother
We care about you and the decision that you are making at this time in your life. When we adopted Sofi we were able to meet with her Birth Mother and talk with her.
