Grilling

Grilling. When I moved to Pleasant Hill, we liked to eat grilled food, and we owned a weber kettle grill. But we were not real regular about it, there was no passion. I had no learning.

My neighbor at the time, Scott Barentsen, up the street (who owns 6 grills) introduced me to the world of semi-pro grilling

I say semi-pro, cause I dont have a meat journal, take pictures of the stuff I cook, nor go to BBQ competitions or classes. But I am more serious about it than your average consumer.

Some words of advice. Don't grill in bare feet, even though I posed for the picture with no shoes on, as coals burn down and get smaller they can drop out of the bottom vetns. And if you step on them they burn. :)
